SoftIntegration Announces Availability of Ch-OpenGL 1.0 Toolkit

availability of
Ch OpenGL 1.0 toolkit.
This toolkit adds graphics and animation capabilities to
Ch® --- a cross-platform C virtual machine with classes.
The Ch OpenGL toolkit is Ch binding to OpenGL, which is
the premier environment for developing portable 2D and 3D graphics applications.
It is the industry's most widely used and supported 2D and 3D graphics appl
ication programming interface (C API). OpenGL is an open, vendor-neutral,
multiplatform graphics standard. Because Ch is a superset of C virtual machine, Ch
OpenGL is more powerful than other scripting language bindings to OpenGL.
Original OpenGL programs can run across different platforms in Ch without tedious
compile/link/execute/debug cycles.
With Ch OpenGL toolkit, one can develop Ch applications with graphics and
animation using the industry standard API
in one platform and distribute them to run in multiple platforms. It is
ideal for rapid prototyping and scripting such as Web-based applications.
Below is the animation from a sample Ch OpenGL program running
across different platforms.
Ch OpenGL toolkit version 1.0 beta runs in Windows and Solaris,
with other platforms to follow soon.
