  1. Computer model
  2. Operating system and its version
  3. Ch version.
    Note:A quick way to find your Ch version is to invoke as an interactive shell by typing ch.
  4. A brief description of the problem.
  5. Send the Ch program and related function files along with the error or warning messages. Your program and function files are encouraged to be as short as possible.
