DAVIS, Calif., December 3, 2001 - SoftIntegration, Inc., the leader of scripting technology for ubiquitous computing, today announced the availability of Ch ODBC 1.0 toolkit. This toolkit allows Ch applications to connect to database in a widely supported industry standard.

ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) is widely used application programming interface (C API) for database independent programming. It standardizes access to database from different vendors. The Ch ODBC toolkit is Ch binding to ODBC. It is ideal for shopping cart and Web-based applications with database connections.

Ch ODBC toolkit version 1.0 beta runs in Windows, with other platforms to follow soon.
